HIIT Plan Timer is a simple to use workout timer specially designed for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). It can also be used for any other interval training process, such as cycling, running, weights and Tabata method.

Simply input the workout plan at the first screen to the workout plan table and set the number of rounds. Then you are ready to go.

You can save the workout plan to your phone. Swipe to the left to delete a row in the workout plan table.

Next screen is a timer. It features an animated timer design with no additional control other than start, pause and finish.

You can pause the timer to switch a music in the background or tap finish button to finish the whole plan in advance.

There is also an option to remove the ads by purchasing the ad free version of the app.
